How to complain
Any message telling us you're unhappy counts as a complaint, whatever the wording or route: email, post, or a reply to one of our emails. Putting "Complaint" in the subject line of an email to hello@fieldnotesearch.co.uk helps us spot it.
By post: Charlie Broddle, Fieldnote Search, Marble House, 14 Masonry Place, Hayes, UB3 1EU.
Say what happened and what you'd like us to do.
What happens next
- We acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days, and always within the legal limit of 30 days.
- If it's about our emails, we stop contacting your business straight away.
- We look into what happened and what information we hold, and keep you updated if it takes more than 2 weeks.
- We tell you the outcome in writing, aiming for within a month.
